To configure your customer cancellation policy you must first make sure you are logged on to the business side of the Pencil In app.
Step 1: Go to the profile tab
Step 2: Edit Business
Step 3: Select the Cancellation Policy Sub Menu
A business can select between 0-24 hours to lock down the cancellation function. Anything within the nominated time by the customer will require the customer to contact the business.
Step 4: A business can also set a cancellation fee. This means that any appointment that is cancelled within the cancellation period will be deducted from their package. Simple and easy.
